ABOUT US

Wisconsin Vein Institute, located in Green Bay, Wisconsin is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of vein diseases, particularly of the lower extremities. We are the only practice in the surrounding Green Bay area specializing in treating lower extremity vein disease and one of a select few in Wisconsin concentrating their practice in vein disorders. Wisconsin Vein Institute was founded by James V. Robelen, M.D., F.A.C.S.

In addition to being our founder, James V. Robelen, M.D., F.A.C.S. is the Wisconsin Vein Institute ’s medical director.

Dr. Robelen graduated from the University of California, Davis Medical School in 1995 and completed a General Surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Loma Linda, California in 2000.

Dr. Robelen is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is an active member of the American College of Phlebology.

Dr. Robelen frequently lectures on the diagnosis and treatment of varicose vein disease and spider veins. His lectures provide those afflicted with vein disorders of the lower extremities with an understanding of what can be done to improve their condition.
